The 509 Elm Place Residences is a condo loft community located in Dallas, Tx.
Originally built in 1901 by the Tenison Brothers Saddle Company, the building changed hands over the years until it was converted into historic residential lofts in the mid 1990's. Exposed heavy timber beams and solid load-bearing brick walls with concrete floors make this property truly unique amongst downtown condominiums.
